Fair Access
The Community Training & Meeting Space is intended to benefit the wider Growers Hub community and is not available for the exclusive use of any individual or organisation.
To ensure equitable access:
Bookings may be made up to three (3) months in advance.
Recurring bookings may be approved where appropriate but will be reviewed every three (3) months based on demand and actual usage.
Bookings must only be made where there is a genuine intention to use the space.
Growers Hub reserves the right to decline, amend or limit recurring bookings where they restrict reasonable access for other users.
Priority may be given to Growers Hub events, operational requirements and community activities.
Booking Cancellations & No-Shows
The training space is a shared community resource. Users are asked to be considerate of others by only booking the space when they genuinely intend to use it.
If you no longer require your booking, please notify Growers Hub at least seven (7) days prior to your booking wherever possible.
Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the booking will not affect future booking requests.
Cancellations made with less than seven (7) days' notice may be recorded as a late cancellation unless due to exceptional circumstances.
Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notifying Growers Hub will be considered a no-show.
Where a user records three (3) late cancellations and/or no-shows within a six (6) month period, Growers Hub may:
Withdraw approval for recurring bookings.
Limit future bookings to one booking at a time.
Assess future booking requests on a case-by-case basis.
Growers Hub may also withdraw recurring bookings where there is a pattern of repeated cancellations, underutilisation or bookings being made without a genuine intention to use the space.
